We are two co-founders with complementary backgrounds in software development and design, united by one goal: to make technology invisible yet indispensable for every restaurateur.
From a Real Problem to a Concrete Solution
ZetaMenu was born in 2024 from direct observation: too many restaurateurs were still tied to static PDFs and paper menus that were impossible to update without printing costs. Every price change, every dish of the day, every seasonal variation became an operational problem.
Pietro Zarbo, software engineer, Computer Science student at the University of Palermo, and co-founder, built the technical foundations of the product. Together with Simone Zarbo, UI/UX designer, Communication Sciences student, and co-founder, he turned this problem into a fast, polished, and immediate platform.
The goal has never changed: to give restaurateurs a tool that frees them from operations and lets them focus on what really matters, food and their guests.

Co-Founder & UI/UX Designer
UI/UX designer, Communication Sciences student, and co-founder. He shapes the visual language and the user experience of ZetaMenu, making the product clear, elegant, and easy to use.
